Who We Are

Carrie I. Davidson, CPA MSTPresident

Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire
Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University
Member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs

Carrie’s career is focused on providing exceptional consulting, accounting, and tax services to small businesses and their owners. Beginning as the Financial Operations Manager at a small engineering firm, Carrie then moved into public accounting before launching her own CPA firm in 2001.

As a former triathlete, Carrie is an extremely hard worker who embraces challenges by rolling up her sleeves. She cares about her clients, always aiming to foster long-term relationships. With a focus on partnering with her clients and listening intently to their goals, she provides hands-on, proactive consulting, accounting, and tax services. A hallmark of Carrie’s approach is to be an active listener, to meet clients where they are, and to figure out the best approach to meet their goals.

When she isn’t working, Carrie can be found with her family, attending her kids’ sports events, going on long walks with her dog, and throwing unsuspecting family members into her pool. She’s also working on removing the word “former” from her triathlete status.

Mickey StrubleStaff Accountant

Mickey earned his Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida. A jack of all trades in the restaurant industry, Mickey spent 20 years doing a variety of roles: cooking, bartending, and management. No doubt this is also where he honed his people skills. A man of few words, he’s a great listener and very good at connecting with others.

Mickey moved to Massachusetts in 2021 to be closer to his family, and joined CID CPA in November 2022. He handles most of the bookkeeping for the firm, where his ability to stay calm, cool and collected regardless of what is thrown at him is much appreciated by Carrie. He is always ready to jump in and help wherever he can. A natural with computers and people, Mickey has made himself indispensable to the firm’s success.

Krooz

KroozOffice Support Dog

Not only is Krooz special as the beloved pet of Carrie and her family, he’s also special because he was bred and trained to be more than just a pet. He is from the North Star Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit with the mission of helping children who face social, emotional or educational challenges with the help of animal-assisted therapy, school visits, and assistance dog placements. Trained as a therapeutic assistance dog, Krooz provides love and stability to his family. He spends most of his days by Carrie’s side, making sure she carves out time for walks and throwing the ball.
